Andrew, 31

Andrew's demanding work schedule made it challenging to complete his workouts on his own.  He sought us out to get back on track and switch up his old routine (which wasn't giving him results anymore). A client since 2013, Andrew committed to training with us for an extended period of time and has been slaying his fitness goals ever since.

Squat: 185 x 13 ... 225 x 10
Bench: 185 x 12 ... 245 x 8
Deadlift: 225 x 12 ... 295 x 10

Brian, 55  

Before joining Scott Beall Fit, Brian had already dropped more than 50 lb of bodyfat and was happy with that.  However he still wanted to gain strength and get toned.  Brian busted his butt five days a week for seven months and not only built muscle, but also dropped additional bodyfat. Brian's numbers went from 21.3% to 13.9%!
